Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?
Where carriage was included FREE OF CHARGE within the initial order then we reserve the right to refund the purchase price less a charge of £6.99 for UK-mainland orders and £15.00 for UK (non-mainland orders, ie N. Ireland, Jersey, IOM, Channel Islands). Inetrnational orders will be refunded minus any delivery charge.
